The beginning of the XXI century witnessed tremendous changes in international politics, economy, information and communication technologies. The emergence of new technologies, channels of distribution and content strategies has led to revision of content characteristics, specifications and production and interaction with audience. The need to comprehend these changes by scientific instruments is now obvious. The main object of the conference is deeper analysis of the transformations that have taken place in the media system, culture and values of mass media and mass communications on a national and global scale.

Registration fee:
- 3500 rubles (about $100) for foreign participants;
- 2000 rubles for participants from the Commonwealth of Independent States.
