PhD Research Studentship in the area of social media

An opportunity is offered to study for a PhD on any topic related to social media at the University of Bedfordshire.

Job ref: RIMAD 02 Salary:  £13,290 per annum
Fixed term: Initially for 2 years for MPhil with a further year for completion of PhD
Closing date: 30th August 2010
Start date: ASAP
 
An opportunity is offered to study for a PhD on any topic related to social media, for example:GPS in social media; political communication though social media; resistance to social media such as facebook, twitter etc.; the AV archive from iplayer to youTube; uses of social media in journalism; narratives in social media. The student will determine their own project within this broader area.
