Platform: Journal of Media and Communication is pleased to announce that our latest issue has just been published on our website: http://journals.culture-communication.unimelb.edu.au/platform. Platform is a fully refereed, open access online  journal which publishes work by graduate students and early career researchers in media and communications and related disciplines. It is edited by graduate students at the School of Culture and Communication, University of Melbourne, Australia.

The research group Media, Movements and Politics (M²P) within the department of Political Science at the University of Antwerp is looking for a number of doctoral and post-doctoral researchers to participate in research projects dealing with information-processing by political elites, with participation and representation, or with agenda-setting.

 Applications are invited from outstanding candidates with a research focus in any subfield of Political Communication, although preference may be given to applicants with a focus on new media. You will have a strong track record of publications appropriate to career stage as well as a completed, or nearly completed, PhD in a relevant subject. You will maintain an active programme of research and will contribute to the general work of the School, including teaching for the MSc in Political Communication.
